Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with proof of the damage (e.g., photos) within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect product or an order that does not match your original purchase, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
